Bill has been programming websites since 1997, independently as a freelance contractor since 2002. He has completed more than 150 websites, half of them in WordPress, which is his preferred CMS of choice.
Bill has worked directly with and for the best art directors, copywriters, photographers, and marketing managers in Rochester from small boutique agencies like Brandtatorship to Fortune 500 companies.
Past projects included programming interactive demos, e-learning, games, and animation.
