Just because it’s a Wednesday, it’s 10 am and we’re all hangry: Tots!
Here at Brandtatorship, we are known for our love of tater tots. When I joined this amazing group of people and discovered the amount of love given to these golden little potato bites, I wanted to up our tot game. I made it a mission to make the most amazing tots ever. They’re simple, easy, and perfect for those big client meetings or an appetizer at home
– Sarah LaMendola: Associate Art Director
Ingredients:
2 cups Ore-Ida Tater Tots, frozen
Package of Applegate – Natural Good Morning Bacon
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let the tater tots come to room temperature and cut the cheddar cheese into ¼ inch squares. Cut the strips of bacon into quarters. Wrap each tater tot with a cheese square into a piece of bacon. Repeat with remaining tater tots, cheese and bacon pieces.
Coat each tater tot completely in the brown sugar. Place tater tots seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, using metal tongs to turn at halftime. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
