With a sterling reputation and pristine properties, we helped update the brand to match.

Family-owned for more than 30 years, DBI Properties was expanding its services, expanding its geographic reach and growing in entirely new strategic directions. Going beyond owning and renting their own apartment complexes, DBI had become a resource for other owners — a reliable property management company with expertise and scale.

That called for a close look at the brand. Time to treat the business the same way you’d maintain and upgrade a property. We went to work and developed positioning statements and a new visual identity to guide the company’s brand decision and direction.

  • Process:

    • Hosted a branding session to develop solid positioning and  brand manifesto statements
    • Designed a new brand logo and extended the brand to social media outlets.
    • Reframed brand offerings to generate new leads for major long-term contracts.
    • Digital assets as well as building signage and the full vehicle fleet was upgraded with the new branding.
