An evolution of Textron’s record-breaking recruitment campaign.

With more than 18 highly recognizable brands, from Bell Helicopters to Polaris Snowmobiles, Textron Corporation was having a surprisingly tough time attracting young talent. Software startups and better-known technology companies were winning the recruitment battle for the best and brightest grads. Textron not only needed to make their name recognized and remembered among top students, but also give them a reason to believe the career opportunities are actually better at Textron. We helped meet the challenge in 2020 in a big way. In 2020, it was time to rev up the recruitment engine again.

 

With an architectural/engineering look and feel, plus a line that inspires young minds to think freely — Where Wild Ideas Work — we’re letting everyone on campus know that Textron is the place to soar.

    • Now in its 5th year, the evolved campaign continues to resonate with a whole new class of graduates.
